[Vrstream] does anyone else want go to time in dtb?

Hi. The trouble is that in order for either Stream or BookSense to have
a time jump feature, when used, the appropriate place in the 3gp file
will need to be calculated. So if you are in the first 3gp file and then
you want to move somewhere in the last 3gp file, more calculations have
to happen. Since the DAISY mark up also takes into account to not
announce end of side announcements which the 3gp files have but are
suppressed, this also has to be taken into account. So I don't believe
it's as easy as it seems on the surface. As always, is someone with more
knowledge about how DAISY and specifically NLS works is willing to
correct me, I'm willing to learn. Lastly, whether the device has a clock
or not has zero to do with it, like what Russ says below.

Many thanks.
