[Vrstream] rename NLS files?

I have asked this before but completely forgotten the answer, so
please forgive me for re-asking.

Can we change the name of an NLS file? For instance, say I have
downloaded a book on knitting but I don't want someone to hear that
title since I am knitting a gift for them--could I change the NLS file
name to read something like "birdwatching"?

And if this is possible, how exactly do I do it?
